A GUARDIAN ANGEL
It was a great day for the toppers of Mushtifund Aryaan Higher Secondary School ( 2015 – 16), when they were showered with blessings in all forms after their results !
Dr. V.A. Pai Panandikar , a businessman and philanthropist and also Founder Director of Policy Research Institute, New Delhi , offered a cash prize of Rs. 10,000/- ( ten thousand) each for the top 5 outstanding students who secured laurels for the Institute and made their parents proud. These students appeared for the prestigious IIT JEE Examinations and various other National level examinations and have made a mark on the education map of Goa by securing record scores..
Aditya Patki, Deepak Gopalan, Aby Jose, Aditya Kuncolienkar and Manasi Paste were awarded from the Atmaram Pai Panandikar Trust, a cash prize of Rs. 10,000 each for their exemplary performance in the IIT JEE as also the Goa Board and other state and National level entrances. The prizes were given at the hands of the Hon. Dr. Muktesh Chander, Director General of Police, Goa, who recently visited the Institute for an interactive session with the students, in the presence of the Director of the Institute, Mr. Vyankatesh Prabhudesai and Vice President of Mushtifund Saunstha, Dr. Ajay Vaidya.
Giving a very motivating and inspiring message in his written declaration, Dr. V.A. Pai Panandikar said “ It is my hope that you will consider your present performance as the beginning of a life long process of absorbing Knowledge and Education, and contributing to the larger good of our society. “ The parents and students were elated to have received the award from such an inspiring personality who is a true guardian angel for young aspiring minds !
